2 oz bourbon
1/2 oz nostrum strawberry cascara ginger shrub
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz demerara syrup
1 egg white
1/2 tsp rose water (optional)

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake (without ice) then add ice and shake again. Double strain.

1 oz fresh grapefruit juice

Shake with ice and strain.
